Group Investment Portfolio
HBRIC was established in 2012, starting with a 100% shareholding in Napier Port Holdings Limited. In 2019, after a highly successful partial IPO, HBRIC sold down 45% of its shareholding to become a 55% majority shareholder. We invested the proceeds of the IPO to increase portfolio diversification and returns.
Today, our mandate has expanded further to manage the investment assets held by Council as well as those in our own name.
