HBRIC’s Group Investment Portfolio makes a meaningful, quantifiable contribution to Hawke’s Bay Regional Council’s revenues. Every dollar of investment income is a dollar that doesn’t need to come from ratepayers. The income from the portfolio is distributed to Council. The more we can grow the portfolio’s earnings, the greater the benefit to ratepayers.
